Ed came to move a plug for me due to me recently having a dishwasher. Not only did he move the plug after recommending a better location for it, he also did lots of extra jobs around the dishwasher too to make sure it was all perfect. Called Ed for an emergency call out on a bank holiday, despite being tied up with other commitments. Not only did he take the time to explain what the issue may have been over the phone but then proceeded to amend his plans to attend and carry out the necessary works immediately.
